Add support for sorting snippets by title + quick jump to file shortcut

There is quite an elephant in the room which seems to be so obvious but is missing: "Sort by Title". I just wondered why I can't do such a simple thing. It would prevent from adding a snippet which is already there. Just happened to me twice.

In relation to this a "Quickly Open File" shortcut would be great like in typical text editors.
