Markdown tables and dark Interface themes: white text on white background

The row highlighting in markdown tables doesn't play nicely with the new dark Interface themes (Monokai and Solarized Dark). The header, and every other row, is white text on white background -- highlighting the text with the mouse shows this (see row 7).

Are others having an issue with this?
