How do I access embed tool?

I found this blog post but I don't see any of these options in the app and there is no documentation on the embed feature.

  You can access the embed feature by clicking on the "Share Page" dropdown in the snippet's header:

  Sure, that gives me a link but none of the appearance options mentioned in the linked blog post...are those still available or have they been removed?

  You can customize the appearance of the embedded snippet by clicking on the settings icon to the right of the embed code:
