Integrate VSCode snippets placeholders

VSCode snippets allows users to use placeholders where the cursor will jump in after using a snippet. Would be great to have that functionality with the VSCode ext as right now, once a snippets is implemented using the plugin, the whole snippet code ends up selected.

  Version 1.0.5 of the Cacher VSCode extension now has a setting (off by default) for using tabstops, placeholders and variables when inserting snippets. For more info on composing snippets with these features, check out the VSCode docs.
