Plain Text Syntax Highlighting

When selecting "Text" or "Plain Text" when adding a file, the contents are incorrectly syntax highlighted. For "Text" and "Plain Text" formats, the contents should all just be one color with no syntax highlighting.

  Fixed in v2.16.3 of the desktop client and web app.

  Fixed for the "Text" file type but not for "Plain Text". These are two different options in the dropdown.

  Syntax highlighting has been turned off for "Plain Text" in v2.18.0.
