Make the Description field or any other field Collapsible in the Snippet Edit mode, please

If a snippet has a description, then the Description field is shown. If it doesn't have the collapse feature, the bellow fields are to small to edit. Yeah, we could scroll down but using a touch-pad that's not that convenient.

I've resorted to moving the Description's content to the Snippet's title (appending it at the end).

But I wouldn't have to do it if I could just collapse the Description field.

If you can do something about it,
it would be great!
